About Axiss.io
What does Axiss.io actually do?
Axiss.io is a fractional RevOps partner for B2B SaaS companies. We build and run the revenue systems behind your CRM — Salesforce or HubSpot, marketing automation, reporting, integrations, and data — and we do that work inside your instance, not in a slide deck. Most of our clients are Series A through Series C.
What is RevOps as a service?
RevOps as a service means outsourcing your revenue operations function to an external team that works like an in-house one. Instead of one admin, you get coverage across CRM, marketing ops, data, and reporting — with a weekly build cadence, a named lead who owns your account, and senior operators who have run these systems before.
What is the difference between a RevOps consultant and a fractional RevOps team?
A consultant diagnoses the problem and hands you a roadmap. A fractional RevOps team builds it. Axiss.io does both, but the engagement does not end at the recommendation — we are in your CRM every week shipping the changes. If you only need the diagnostic, we will scope it that way.
Do you work in Salesforce or HubSpot?
Both, plus the tools around them — Marketo, Pardot, Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, 6sense, and Clay. We are official partners with Openprise and DealHub. We work at the technical layer: flows, formula fields, data models, and integrations. If your stack is not listed, ask. We have probably touched it.
Fit & Engagement
What size company do you work with?
Best fit is Series A through Series C B2B SaaS, typically under 500 employees, running a multi-tool revenue stack with a CRM backlog or an under-resourced ops function. Pre-seed teams on a single free CRM usually do not need us yet. Fully staffed enterprise RevOps orgs already have what we provide.
Should we hire a RevOps person or use a fractional team?
Hire when the work is steady, narrow, and one person can hold it. Go fractional when you need coverage across CRM, marketing ops, integrations, and reporting at once. The two roles that cover that ground in-house average over $210,000 a year in base salary between them — and one hire is still one point of failure.
Do you work on fixed-scope projects or ongoing retainers?
Both — and a third option for smaller needs. Project work is scoped in an SOW with a defined start, end, and deliverable. RevOps as a service is the ongoing side: a standing team inside your systems, typically on an annual agreement. And when a team has a specific build and just needs a few extra hands, the GTM Help Desk is a plainly priced 4-hour block of dedicated, systems-focused work.
How much does fractional RevOps cost?
Axiss.io prices three ways. Project work is fixed-scope, quoted against the SOW. Ongoing RevOps as a service is a monthly retainer priced on how many systems we own and how much ships each sprint. The GTM Help Desk is sold in plainly priced 4-hour blocks. You buy the coverage you need, not a package — tell us what you're trying to fix and we'll scope it.
How We Work
Do you replace our team, or work alongside it?
Alongside it. We are capacity and senior expertise, not a replacement for your people — if you have a RevOps lead who already knows what needs to happen, we are the team that executes it.
Can you be our whole RevOps team if we don't have one yet?
Yes — that's a common starting point. When there's no ops function yet, we stand one up: CRM, data model, routing, reporting, and the process around them, built the way an in-house team would. You get senior operators from day one instead of a job posting and a six-month search.
How quickly can you start, and when will we see results?
It depends which side of the work you are starting on. RevOps as a service starts almost immediately — provisioning licenses and access, then meeting your team and your systems. Project work starts with discovery, scoping, and access provisioning, all defined in the SOW before any build begins. And if you already have a scoped project and just need extra hands, a GTM Help Desk block can start immediately.
What happens if we hire RevOps in-house later?
Nothing breaks. We build integrations, APIs, and automations against an integration user rather than a personal login, so ownership never sits with an individual — ours or yours. We document what we build and train your team as we go, so when you hire, the systems keep running and we hand over cleanly, or stay on for overflow and specialist work.
Did we miss your question?
Ask it directly. Straight answer, your specifics, no meeting required.
