We strive to make our pricing and engagement model as flexible as possible to meet our clients’ needs. Typically, after understanding your goals and scope of work, we’ll propose a pricing approach that could take a couple of forms:

Monthly Retainer: For ongoing RevOps support (fractional team engagements), many clients opt for a monthly retainer. You pay a set fee each month and in return get a dedicated amount of our team’s time and resources. Do we have to commit to a long-term contract with Axiss.io?
No, we don’t believe in trapping clients in contracts that don’t make sense for them. Our goal is to earn your business each month through results, not through rigid terms. While most of our engagements do start with an initial minimum commitment of about 6 months (because meaningful RevOps improvements can take a few quarters to fully materialize), we build in flexibility. Specifically, our standard agreements include a 60-day opt-out clause. This means if circumstances change or you’re not seeing the expected value, you can give us 60 days’ notice and roll off the engagement – no long-term lock-in. We’ve found this provides peace of mind for our clients. In practice, we aim to establish a long-term partnership by delivering great outcomes, but you always have the freedom to adjust the engagement if needed. We can also structure shorter pilot projects or assessments if you prefer to start small. Overall, we’re confident enough in our work that we let the results, not a contract, determine the length of our client relationships.
